We had an absolute dream of a time at this wedding. Nothing could have made it a better day. The light was perfect. Kate and John were perfect. Their guests and family were perfect.

The day started at a super cool hotel, but the guys and gals finished getting ready at the Jamison Brown House located at the Triton Art Museum. The girls had the amazingly bright downstairs, while the guys got to hang out upstairs with the wood wall and lowered ceilings. But we made the best of it and captured all the emotions.

Kate and John got married at the Bethel Korean United Methodist Church, which happened to be one of the coolest churches we have ever been to. Their ceremony was traditional yet extremely personal and amazing. The best part was the first kiss. It was Kate and John’s FIRST KISS EVER. Yeah. Years of dating, but they waited till this special moment. And HOLY CRAP. It was special.

To prepare for their wedding say, Kate and John told us, “Ultimately, our wedding is not just about us, but about God’s love for His people; we want our wedding day to be about God’s love for us and our loving community. We tried to incorporate things to accommodate that.”

And it was a pleasure to work with these amazing vendors. Check them out on Instagram!

Prepare yourselves for Kate and John’s FIRST KISS EVER.

I mean, talk about dreamy!

The coolest Korean church we’ve ever been to.

Mmmmmm. We couldn’t get enough of this gorgeous treat table.

YEAH. John sang to his new bride halfway through their first dance. Kate was so surprised!

Thanks for letting us be part of your day!
